About this project

This module was one of five micro-learning modules that formed an elearning path. The main objectives of these modules were to introduce new salespeople to various prospecting techniques.  This specific “Door Knocking” module focused on going door-to-door to gain sales leads.  Some of the learning objectives were to understand what the different prospecting techniques are and how and when to use them.  The knowledge the learners gained was then applied to story-based scenarios and through live training sessions of role-playing.  This “Door Knocking” module was used in a blended-learning approach with both online and in-person training.  The return on investment with this training was measured using the amount of sales leads generated during training and through the actual activation of these leads into customers.
