The purpose of this elearning was to help introduce new sales representatives and new employees to the DHL company.  Through this module, the learners gained knowledge about the different service products, explored the company’s values, and had an opportunity to apply their knowledge of how to calculate volumetric weight of a package. With this knowledge, the sales representatives and new employees applied it through being able to guide customers in using DHL for their shipments.
