The purpose of this elearning was to help shipping Franchise Owners decide when to use what shipping carrier for their customers shipments.  It can be a complex process, so one of the main objectives was to simplify the process, so Franchise Owners could better inform their customers with the best shipping options.  With the goal of simplification: charts and step-by-step instructions were highlighted throughout the training.
